The gym, near us, is having a nice sale... the next 4 months at $100. I was tempted to get in on it, and I still might, since I have till the end of May. But for one thing...it isn't really part of my plan. The gym is well equipped, and like I said, close by. Do I need a gym to lose weight? What about the machines I have here at home? I mean, they're pretty good. Not as good as the ones in the gym, but still good just as well. I want to lose this weight at home where I put it on in the first place. And then I have all the tools right here to keep it off. I will not be dependent on something other than I have already. That's the plan anyway.
I want to have a plan that works for other overweight people also. It's hard to go to a gym where most of the people already look pretty good. Not all, but you know what I mean. I would like to help others set up their home to help them lose weight too. Get rid of the junk... certain foods, drinks, magazines, TV shows, etc., etc. There's more to it than that, but that's a good start. Less sitting and laying down and more moving around. You know, being active and eating right. Setting yourself up to be successful and then to continue in your success. Never going back. Continuing in healthful ways in body and mind, for yourself, yes, but also for your family and/or friends.
