On May 1st, I am going to start my weight loss venture. It has been a long time coming, but to be truthful I have been on some weight loss plans several times, in the past few years, all to no avail. Being over 50, less active, sitting more in my chair by my computer, and still eating the same food portions I did years ago has "caught up to me"! I'm determined more than ever!
