Do what you want

I need help. Don't be alarmed. I don't mean HELP! I mean, just help. You know like everyone needs help, or at least could use the help. Even people who don't think they need any help, could use the help. And I could use all the help I could get. And why not? More the help, more the merrier! Actually, my daughter, Elizabeth said she would help me with the exercising part. You know, like a fitness trainer. I said that would be great. And some of my other children said they would play some sports, when the weather is nice enough. Exercising on a stationary bike gets boring for me in just a short time. The treadmill is even worse for me. I know I should just do it... but I don't.
And that is part of my plan. Do what you want to do! I don't mean anything. I mean good things, right things. Things that will benefit you and your health. I like outdoor sports. I could play for hours. Are you like that? Then do that. Forget about the inside bike or the treadmill, but do get exercise, and plenty of it. If you like the exercise bike or treadmill or stepper or something else, then do that. As long as you do something, and keep doing it.
I also like working with a few weights, nothing crazy. And I like sit-ups. I do sit-ups on my bed. I have an excellent mattress and I do get a work out! If I didn't use my bed, I wouldn't do them. I'm looking forward to doing more things, but until then, I just have to keep pressing on. That's where it is getting hard... but that is where the help comes through. And that is what I think all people could use... a little help.
