I've got to say I'm surprised, in a good way. If you have read my past blogs, I said that someone doing a weight loss plan, should weigh themselves every week. I also said that I would probably weigh myself twice a week, for the blogs sake. Well, I have decided to weigh myself every Wednesday, because I started my weight loss way and blog on May 1, which fell on a Wednesday. I also will weigh myself every Sunday morning, like I said, for the blogs sake.
And that is what I'm surprised about. I started this weight loss way, weighing in at 290 lbs. Actually, I weighed in at 2901/2 lbs., but I wanted to be "fair", so I rounded down.So what did I weigh in this morning?Are you ready? Drum roll,please! dadadadadadadadadadada...277 lbs!
I was hoping for somewhere in the low 280's, but I just went past the 80's, in less than a week! Like the title says, I'm really encouraged! I'm a little curious what my Wednesday morning weigh-in will be. Even if I only lose a few pounds til then, overall it will be great.
This week or next I will be blogging more in detail about my way to weight loss. How am I doing it and what is my plan, etc. I can tell you it's my own plan to suit me, and that this way could work for anybody. Guaranteed, or your money back! Seriously, this way is custom-made to everyone's lifestyle. Although, you have to eat right and there has to be some exercise! No ifs, ands or butts, sorry I meant buts.
