This time we had a rather special breakfast! Rachel mixed up a batch of pancake batter and then made eight different kinds of pancakes! We sometimes do personal omelets, but this time it was made-to-order pancakes! Mm-mm!
We either sweeten pancakes with honey, maple syrup, homemade fruit preserves or a side of apple sauce. Sometimes you really don't need any extra sweetener if you add dates or fruit to the batter itself.
