Spaghetti was on the menu for lunch today! This is one of my favorite dishes when it is made with 100% whole grain noodles and sauce crammed with zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms and topped with parmesan cheese! | You should always have a balanced diet, so we had a side salad along with our spaghetti. Here you can see the low fat, tuna salad dressing my dad made. It was delicious! We had freshly sliced apples for dessert. |
